i was charmed by this boutique accommodation. the staff were approachable and always happy to assist! the room was spacious, it had a super comfy bed and great bath products!
i noticed the lobby was not as clean as i expected. also, it was noisy because the restaurant played loud music. the sound isolation in the room was not sufficient for restful sleep!

access codehallway noise
the hotel gave me a access code, it let me into everything. when i got there, my code didnt work right away. the guy at the desk read the code out loud, with other people standing right there. also, you could hear everything in the hall and in the bathrooms, it was very annoying. i expect more privacy and less noise.

loud musictram noise
i found a few things frustrating . the noise at night was bad. trams were running until after midnight. a private party with loud music went on in the restaurant right below my room until 3:00 am. i barely slept. i reported it but have not heard anything back about compensation.

the location was great, a short walk from the main train station. the room included large floor-length windows in both the bedroom and bathroom (i opened them frequently). the staff was helpful and friendly. i found the super large bed very comfortable.
the bar music was loud, it made it difficult to sleep some nights.

the staff wrote some recommendations down for us, a very kind gesture. we were given a code instead of a key, i liked the simplicity. we were able to leave our bags at reception before heading out for the evening..

the reception staff provided assistance with luggage both before check-in and after check-out. i also appreciated receiving excellent recommendations for local dining options. the hotel's location near transit made it easy to move around. i found the water pressure in the bathroom quite strong.
the in-room alexa device was like an unnecessary intrusion on privacy.
